Refunds (if applicable)
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
We may request that you ship the product back to us in its original packaging, using the shipping label provided.
Refunds will be issued for the item’s actual purchase price. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the original shipping charges.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Lastly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Order Cancellations (if applicable)
Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. If the order has been shipped, the customer must return the product to receive a refund in accordance with our return policy.
Please allow us to handle your functional dog treats order carefully. Most of the orders that placed before 8 a.m. ET will ship next day Monday thru Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Tuesday.
